SOLUTION – Permanently disable sticky keys
1. Click start button on the bottom of desktop page.
2. Go to Control Panel.
3. Go to Accessibility Options. (top left of page)
4. Custom launch command nexus mod manager. Top section reads StickyKeys. Click Settings next to StickyKeys.
5. Then you see Keyboard Shortcut.
6. Uncheck 'use shortcut'. That's it.
